Strategic Plan 2030

The Temple Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan: A Bold, Visionary Blueprint—a five-year roadmap built on Member input, collaborative visioning, and a commitment to meaningful impact.

More than 200 voices—Members, investors, community leaders, and partners—shaped this plan through interviews, surveys, and roundtables. What emerged is a shared, actionable framework to guide the Chamber’s work through 2030.

This plan is grounded in three focus areas:

• Advocacy: Amplifying the voice of business at all levels of government.
• Member Services: Delivering value, connection, and visibility to fuel your growth.
• Organizational Excellence: Strengthening the Chamber from the inside out to better serve the community.

The Strategic Plan is both a promise and a call to action to align our daily work with long-term goals, lead with purpose, partner with intention, and deliver results that matter to you.
